Shipping and Returns

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. If anything appears incorrect, please email us at orders@avalisa.com.

Shipping

All Avalisa canvases are made to order and typically ship within 3-4 business days of purchase. All orders will ship via UPS Ground with no signature required upon delivery.

Rush Delivery

For an additional charge we can expedite your shipment to arrive within 2 days. Rush Delivery can be approved prior to your order submission or you can contact us at orders@avalisa.com to make changes.

International Delivery

You can submit a request for an international shipping quote to orders@avalisa.com.

Canadian Orders

If you have any questions regarding Canadian shipments please contact orders@avalisa.com. Standard Canadian shipments take 7-10 business days from the date of order.

Tracking

Tracking will be sent to the email address provided upon order completion. You will be provided a link to UPS.com to enter in your tracking information.

Damaged Package

If your piece arrives damage please contact us immediately at orders@avalisa.com. We take extra steps to ensure the safe travel of your artwork including plastic wrapping, foaming and corner protection.

All artwork is inspected to be damage free when it is packaged. Although these steps are taken, damage does occur on the very rare occasion. Please contact us and we will ensure you receive a damage-free piece.

Returns and Exchanges

All standard orders can be returned or exchanged 15-days after the order is received. Please contact orders@avalisa.com to confirm your return or exchange. The artwork must be undamaged when returned to receive full value on return. All custom pieces are non-refundable.
